You are invited for a traditional home-cooked meal with a local family! I organise cooking with locals classes but if you want to skip the hard work of making your food, book a family dinner or Sunday lunch with a local family.

An Abruzzese mamma or nonna will cook up a feast for you and you’ll eat with the family the food you can’t get in a restaurant! The menu will be a surprise but I promise, it will be one of the biggest meals of your life! If you have special dietary requirements make sure to tell us when booking.

Do you want to practice your Italian? You can choose a family that do not speak English.
